    12′ EMOTM (1,2,3):

    1) 1-3 Rope Climb

    2) Practice freestanding handstand holds
    (use partner assists to learn balance points and accumulate time upside down).

    3) 15 Hollow Hold

    Metcon

    3 Rounds for max reps:

    – 1′ Push ups

    – 1′ Pull ups

    – 1′ Box Jumps @ 60/50 cm

    – 1′ Squats

    – 1′ Toes to bar
